Opening ramble

Being the first time I've ever used this, I just want to test what is going on, by explaining what the title of this blog means...

mank:
1. a term used by rockclimbers to describe very poor quality rock

rambler:
1. a person who takes long walks in the country
2. a person whose speech or writing is not well organized

I couldn't find any photos of real mank on my computer, so I decided to show some anti-mank; Mt. Arapiles, Victoria, Australia. From a distance, Arapiles looks "manky", but on close inspection the rock is actually anti-mank. See the photo of me at Arapiles at the top of the anti-mank climb "Mind Games". The "Bluffs" area is in the background.
