Arapiles 2006

In 2006, there was quite a few climbers: Langles, Ben, Damien, Tony, lawence, James, and your humble narator. I didn't really get many good photos, but it was a great trip, where we focused on longer climbs of moderate grade. Favorite climbs were: Resignation (15) and Mantle (14). Resignation contains the easiest possible moves you could ask for on a slightly overhanging and runout wall seemingly miles off the ground directly below! As usual, a staple diet of jaffles and beers saw us through. Photos are of James contorting himself on The Undertaker (25), after having just impressively toproped Siva (22); camp (we had probably the best campsite at araps this year, under the small group of pines north of the main pines campground); Lawence on a daring lead of trapeze (11), which can be tricky to lead on a single rope! ; Damien and Ben about to abseil down the right watchtower face.
